Do you have the body ‘blahs’?

When the cooler months arrive, so does the temptation to get cosy, stay in and comfort eat. It’s the time of year for pastas and hearty ragus, second helpings – and don’t get us started on dessert! While the occasional indulgence is fun, overdoing it can wreak havoc on your digestion. If you’re feeling a bit ‘blah’, we’ve found three reasons why you could be feeling ordinary, and how you can get back on track to feeling good.

1. You’ve checked out of your workout

We don’t need to tell Women’s Health readers that exercise is essential for the mind and body. But you’re only human, and as the weather gets cooler it can test even the strongest will to put the trainers on early in the morning. So, change up your workout! 3. Your tummy’s not quite right
