MIRROR KNOW has developed an eight-week Coaching for people with chronic pain, you can learn to understand your pain better and more competent to deal with them. This is the eighth and last part. The other parts can be found here.
In the past few weeks, you learn a lot about the topic of pain. You have learned what chronic pain is, and get a feel for why they suffer. You have to get information when and how you can expand movement, relaxation or optimism, to respond better to your body.
Very Central but is also in contact with the own body and to ask this in a kind of dialogue, what he wants, what he needs and what for him would be good. If you are this is easy and helps you should maintain this dialogue with the body, about the time of the coaching. That alone can change a lot.
Many people find it difficult to figure out what you want and what she wants to her body. You will find no unique answer – and begin instead, a rational and analytical approach to the matter. It doesn’t help you but often. In order to train the ability to more intuitive decisions, you get to the conclusion of the coaching, a last Exercise.
The first, lightning-fast idea
If you don’t know whether you like a thing or not – be it a Job offer or a relaxation exercise, you can ask in the next few days your inner crocodile. That means the following: In the case of any human-derived regions, which are the same as the brain structures of crocodiles and lizards, and for emotions, Intuition, Survival, and enjoyment with responsibility exist in the brain.

Behind the first honest-Hop-or-Top-of-the Moment before you start, so “really” think about it. You can practice this week, to catch these lightning-fast, intuitive point – and give it to him in your decisions weight.
Tip: Start with simple decisions (such as “what I want to eat now?”) and increase slowly to the important decisions. As soon as “the crocodile” once, it is easier to control and to pay attention to his judgments.
So: Listen to what is good for you. Even if this does not affect the pain directly, or you don’t see this influence, this stance is often the key to change of pain. And possibly the most important tip in this Coaching.
